Commercials
How do I make money on this versus my BCH book?
Vehicle commission stays with you, and on the Custom tier you can add an optional rate-book markup on every car. Higher AOV than BCH (£450–£700/mo vs £350–£500), a stickier 3–4 year contract, and access to employer conversations you can't currently win.
Why an implementation fee?
It covers our cost to stand you up: branded portal build, integrations, training, pilot. It's non-refundable. We put real engineering hours into your launch.
Are there per-order fees?
No. Implementation fee plus £1,000 a month. The only other movement on your invoice is your own choice of rate-book markup, which you keep.
Can we negotiate?
We publish our pricing. Same numbers for everyone. The Standard / Custom split exists because some partners need bespoke integrations. If you don't, you don't pay for them.
What's the volume expectation?
25 cars in your first 12 months as a soft target. Below that, we'll pause new employer onboarding and run a review with you at month 12. We're protecting both sides from a relationship that isn't producing.
Channel conflict
Will EZOO compete with us for the same employer?
We agree no-poach on accounts you bring us at signing. Post-signature, employer accounts are mapped at a quarterly cadence. Disputes go to a documented arbitration step in the MSA.
Will my customer know it's actually EZOO?
Front of house is your brand. Compliance disclosures reference EZOO as platform provider in the standard way (e.g. "Powered by EZOO" in document footers).
Operations
How much sales effort is on us?
All of it. We provide the deck, calculator, and demo support, but the employer-facing pitch is yours.
How much ops effort is on us?
Almost none post-handover. We onboard the employer, manage payroll integration, run the launch webinar, and handle ongoing employee orders.
What happens if an employee leaves their employer?
EZOO covers most early-termination scenarios as standard (resignation after 3 months, redundancy after 3 months, long-term sickness, family-friendly leave, loss of medical licence). The full risk matrix is in the partner agreement.
Technology
How is data handled?
GDPR-compliant. Employer and employee data is segregated by partner tenant. ISO 27001 status TBC — to update before launch.
Can we integrate with our CRM?
Yes. Standard integrations available for HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Pipedrive on the Custom tier.
Can we set our own pricing?
Yes on the Custom tier. You can layer your own retail margin on top of EZOO's wholesale rate book. The markup is yours to keep.
